My first baby, my boy. You left us on June 30th at 6:31pm and nothing has felt the same since, it still doesn’t feel real. Nico was the kindest, most gentle soul, and I was incredibly lucky to have him by my side for nearly 15 years. Nico left his mark on our hearts (and my foot) more than he’ll ever know; even though he was nearly 15 years old, his passing was sudden and I wish there had been more time to say goodbye and thank you; thank you for all the years you loved, protected and comforted me and our whole family. I don’t know if you knew just how much I love you, but you changed my heart forever- for the better. We miss you so very much, until we meet again at the rainbow bridge have fun chasing all the bunnies my sweet boy. |
